Bright red cherry fruit is complemented by hints of blackberry, clove and vanilla. Medium bodied with soft tannins.

Fazeli Cellars was a delight to visit, and this wine exemplifies its name.  Just look at what’s in it!  Clearly, it is mayhem!  The Cinsaut and Shiraz push ahead of the rest of the varietals in this wine.  This goes well with strong cheese (Roquefort, Stilton) and red meat.  We had it with beef tips in a wine reduction-shallot sauce.
