Notes from the Producer
Nose of black fruits with hints of mint and of spices. In mouth: youth, freshness, fruit, spices (pepper).
Traditional wine making, not picked off, indigenous yeasts, in concrete tanks. Cuvaison 20-25 days at a temperature of 25°C to 28°C. Malolactic fermentation carried out. Aged in large oak barrels.
70% Grenache, 30% Syrah Mourvèdre.
It will accompany the red meats very well, as well as cheeses.
